Our core mission is to provide accommodation for, and support, people of modest means lacking access to the private housing market. Housing is a key factor in social integration and serves as a lever for creating an inclusive society. Aware of social and environmental challenges, we contribute to urban planning and local and regional development. To date, 10 of our 12 companies have adopted the status of société à mission (‘company with a social purpose’). OUR STRATEGIC PLAN HABITER 2030 (‘HOUSING 2030’): DEFINING A GROWTH TRAJECTORY TO ADDRESS SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES Habiter 2030 is structured around three primary pillars: Accelerate our environmental and climate transition by implementing a decarbonization strategy in order to reduce the carbon emissions of our assets to reach an average of 19kg CO₂/m² per year by 2030; Strengthen our local presence and social impact by contributing to the attractiveness of local and regional France, with a view to generating, through our regional investments, 20,000 direct and indirect jobs per year from 2025 to 2030; Reinforce our position as a major social housing provider by contributing to the consolidation of the sector, aiming to grow our assets by 100,000 housing units by 2030. Finally, our 2024 Non-Financial Performance Statement highlights our actions regarding sustainability and social impact.
