USA orders: We cover any applicable tariffs, so you should not incur any additional charges on delivery. Delivery usually expected in 7-14* business days. This is not a guaranteed time frame. Shipped by Royal Mail via a tracked and/or signed service. A signature may be required upon delivery. Tracking is provided (availability subject to your local postal service). Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking to become active. All shipping charges are non-refundable. ## USA Delivery Parcels are delivery via Royal Mail PDDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. All duties and taxes are paid in advance, so there are no extra charges for you when the parcel arrives. ## EU Delivery We ship EU orders via the IOSS system meaning you'll pay for the VAT due to your country at checkout. The cost will be shown at checkout when you enter your address. Orders cannot exceed a maximum of €150 (approx. £120). VAT is collected at checkout (based on your country’s rate) Your parcel will clear EU customs without additional VAT or import charges No need to pay fees to your local delivery or customs agents Just a quick heads-up: in some countries, a small handling fee of a few euros may still be applied on delivery. Based on our test shipments, this appears to be applied inconsistently, so unfortunately we’re unable to predict when it will occur. We do know that France has formally introduced such a fee as of March 2026. From July 2026, there will also be an EU-wide change, the EU will introduce a €3 customs levy payable on delivery. From our understanding, this levy is calculated per product category based on the customs code rather than per individual item. As we currently only offer our sterling silver range to customers within the EU, this should, in theory, result in a single charge per parcel rather than a charge for each individual item. This is a new regulation and, like the handling fees, may vary depending on the shipment and how it is processed locally. ## EU Countries we are now able to ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden ## Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries: 🇮🇹 Italy - Requires a Finess stamp, and we've had repeated delivery issues. 🇵🇹 Portugal - Requires a Finess stamp; delivery issues from items being pulled, even when within allowed weight limits. 🇺🇦 Ukraine - Requires a Finess stamp for delivery. 🇬🇧 Northern Ireland - Shipping involves UKIMS, an additional customs step we’re not currently set up for. 🇪🇸 Spain - Local waste disposal rules and taxes currently make shipping unworkable. We take care of all VAT reporting on our end through IOSS; you don’t need to do anything extra. For a detailed breakdown, please view this page. ## Tracking Once your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information provided. Please allow at least 48 hours (2 business days) for the tracking link to activate as it needs to be scanned through into the postal system at the Royal Mail hub. We recommend regularly checking in on your tracking, as it is your sole responsibility to action any requests that your local postal service may have for you, e.g. redelivery arrangements or customs fees. Failure to do so may result in your order being returned to sender. ## Customs & VAT For ALL international deliveries outside of the UK, USA, & EU, customs charges may be incurred once the parcel reaches its destination.  These charges are NOT included in the price of shipping, and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. These charges are not raised by us but your countries authorities, and are therefore non-refundable in all circumstances. Customs policies & import duties vary from country to country and we can not estimate these charges ahead of time, so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities BEFORE placing your order. This customs process usually only takes a few days, however there are a number of reasons why there may be delays and we ask that you allow at least 45 business days for your order to clear customs / border security and for local tracking to become available. If you are experiencing a delay please notify us, however we cannot expedite this process.  RECIEVING YOUR ORDER You will be contacted by your International Mail/customs/delivery agent who will tell you what charges are due, before the parcel can be delivered to you.  It is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay the charges due in your country. The import VAT (TAX) rate charged will be the standard rate in your country.  The import duty will be charged according to your country's tariff rate, based on the description of the goods. Please keep all the above in mind when purchasing & please remember, these charges are not levied by ourselves, but by each country's authorities and can be subject to change at any time. Please do not order if you are not happy to accept responsibility for these charges. Returning Goods If you return goods to us, please follow the instructions in your country.  For parcels returned to us by international mail, you will need to complete a customs declaration (form CN22 or CN23) which should be fixed to the package; this will need to include information of the goods and the price – please use the information that was on the CN22 or CN23 when you received the goods.  Any refunds will be on our sale price.  Any charges referred to above are non-refundable, as these are charged direct to you by your customs authorities and are not recieved by us. ## Delays & Restrictions Due to EU GPSR Regulations we cannot currently ship to: Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ukraine and Northern Ireland. For security reasons we do not currently offer shipping to the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, China, Switzerland, Mexico, Iran, Israel, Iceland, India, Japan, Peru, Indonesia, Chile, Albania, Cuba, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Serbia, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong. Due to UK Trade / Financial Sanctions we also can not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe Some items cannot be dispatched internationally - this includes homeware items, vintage, and home fragrance. Please check individual listings for more information. ## For your information All time scales mentioned are estimates only and are not guaranteed. It is unusual for extensive delays, but should your parcel be delayed please allow up to 30 working days for all international deliveries. If the parcel tracking states that is has been received into customs for processing then we please ask that you allow up to 45 working days for clearance. We unfortunately can not expedite this process for you.  Parcels will not deemed to be delayed or lost until at least this time has been allowed. Once your order has left us it is out of our hands and we cannot accept liability for delayed parcels. If you haven't received your order in this time, please ensure you contact us in a timely manner so we can help you. You must ensure your address is in full English including a house name/number and zip code. When entering your address it is your sole responsibility that it is correct and in full as no adjustments can be made. We are not responsible for orders that go missing or are returned to us due to an incorrect address. Where delivery cannot be completed for any reason, your parcel will be held by your local postal service for you to collect. We advise that you regularly check tracking to avoid this.
